My Thoughts
Spirit Bound is the fifth book in Richelle Mead's Vampire Academy series.  This is one I couldn't wait to get my hands on.  I've loved this series from the very beginning and Spirit Bound definitely lived up to my expectations.

Rose has returned from Siberia and both Lissa and Rose await graduation and life out in the real world.  Rose is still receiving death threat letters from Dimitri and each one more promising than the last.  When she leaves St. Vladimir's she's also leaving her security and protection behind.  Exactly what Dimitri's waiting for.  But, the book does not revolve soley around Rose and Dimitri.  There's a little romance, adventure and a trip to Vegas.

This is a definite page turner and it took me only a day to get through the whole thing.  There was only one part where I got pretty annoyed at this characters actions and I felt like slapping some sense into them.  But apart from that it was well worth the read.

Prepare for some twists and turns, risks taken, and a shocking ending that will have you waiting impatiently on the sixth and final book Last Sacrifice.
